Room Two	Full and Queen size beds, in-room sink and shared bath
Room Three	Queen size bed, in-room sink and shared bath
Room Four	Full bed with a shared bath
Room Five	Full bed with a private bath
Room Six	Queen size bed with a private bath
Room Seven	Full bed with a private bath
Room Eight	Queen size bed, in-room sink and shared bath
Room Ten	Full bed with a shared bath
Room Eleven	Queen size bed in a loft with a full size futon (lower level), in-room sink and a shared bath

Minimum Stay Requirements:

We typically have at least a 4 night minimum for weekend stays in July and August. Bear Week and Carnival Week all of our reservations must include a Monday night or be at least 6 nights. 4th of July week we have a 4 (at a higher nightly rate) or 5 (listed rate) night minimum. Our rates for Labor day weekend are based on stays of 4 nights or longer. On New Year's Eve, Film Festival weekend and Memorial Day weekend we have a 3 night minimum.

In the Fall and Spring we typically have at least a 2 night minimum if your stay includes a Saturday night.

Sometimes we can accommodate shorter stays if smaller slots are available – usually that would occur closer to the arrival date. Or sometimes we can accommodate shorter stays with a surcharge added to the nightly rate. Please contact us to see if that is a possibility.
